Benches of Dugger City Council Meeting

Amishika Dhaurali and Elise Turner went to present their CCSR project, Benches of Dugger, to the City Council last night for the complete approval of a Community Preservation Act’s Small Grant Program. The City Council unanimously approved the awarding of $3,000 for the project and even suggested the possibility of bumping up the grant to $4,500! The council also loved the idea of putting benches like the ones that are being placed in Dugger Park, all over the Medford parks. We are extremely proud of Amishika and Elise and cannot wait to see these benches all over the Medford Parks!
